Warranty
- Our warranty covers a two-year period.
- At Nappa Dori, we stand by our products and provide a two-year warranty against any production faults. Should you encounter any breakage resulting from manufacturing issues, we will happily repair it for you.
- Feel free to contact us via email at customercare@nappadori.com for assistance with any damage. We will assess the issue and coordinate a repair at our workshop. Please note that you must send the product to your nearest store or workshop, where it will be fixed and promptly sent back to you. Keep in mind that repairs typically take around 4-6 weeks to complete.
- Please be aware that the warranty does not cover any cosmetic or misuse-related damage to your luggage. To ensure the warranty is valid, kindly ensure that the case is locked when submitting it for repairs.
- Incidents involving damage to airline property.
- If your airline causes any damage, we can provide you with invoices and repair quotes to support your claim. For assistance, kindly reach out to customercare@nappadori.com and we will do our utmost to assist you.
- It is important to report any damages to the airline as soon as possible, as there is a specific timeframe for notifying them. We can assist you with providing necessary documentation for your claim, but please note that Nappa Dori cannot act as a replacement for an airline baggage claim.

Goods are shipped within 1-2 days on placement of the order, except for orders placed on Sundays and national holidays, which are processed on the next working day.
Duties & Taxes for EU orders are additional and need to be paid by the customer to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
