CHAPTER 03 - BETWEEN THE LINES

Chapter 3 draws inspiration from Heinrich Heidersberger’s rhythmograms—graceful, geometric light sketches that encapsulate time and motion. This season focuses on movement through traditional Indian craftsmanship. Vent openings are redesigned using Chikankari Hool Stitch, merging functionality with decorative elements. Tangaliya, an ancient weave from Gujarat dating back 700 years, introduces rhythm to the fabric through hand-twisted, elevated dots. The materials and shapes reflect this concept. Sculpted hems, gussets, and angled sleeves produce garments that allow for natural movement. Ranging from khadi denim to extra-weft textiles, every piece converts an intangible rhythm into a physical representation. Chapter 3 serves as our rhythmogram—created not with light, but through craftsmanship.
