Please expect a processing time of 4-6 weeks for the repair.
  • Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover cosmetic or misuse-related damage to your luggage. To ensure your warranty is valid, please lock the case when submitting it at the repair center.
  • This warranty is only applicable in India.
  • Airline Damage
  • If your airline has caused any damage, we're here to help. Just reach out to us at customercare@nappadori.com and we can provide invoices and repair quotes to support your claim against the airline. We are dedicated to assisting you in the most helpful manner possible.
  • Report the airline damage immediately as it must be done within a specified timeframe. Please note that Nappa Dori does not function as an airline baggage claim, but we can assist with necessary documentation to support your claim.
