- Nappa Dori provides a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If any breakage occurs due to such faults, we will handle the repair for you.
- Reach out to us at customercare@nappadori.com for an assessment of the damage and to arrange repair services at our workshop. You must send the case to your nearest store or workshop for repairs, with the process typically taking 4-6 weeks.
- Please be aware that the warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or damages resulting from improper use. To ensure a valid warranty claim, remember to lock the case before submitting it for repairs.
- Handling Airline Damages
- If your luggage sustains damage during air travel, we can provide invoices and repair estimates to support your claim with the airline. Contact us at customercare@nappadori.com for assistance tailored to your needs.
- Promptly report any airline damage, as there are specific time constraints for notification. While we can furnish the necessary documentation for your claim, please note that Nappa Dori does not serve as an airline baggage claim intermediary.

Goods are shipped within 1-2 days on placement of the order, except for orders placed on Sundays and national holidays, which are processed on the next working day.
Duties & Taxes for EU orders are additional and need to be paid by the customer to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
